Crystal Clear is a family-owned and operated business, fully covered with third-party insurance and WSIB. When you work with us, you deal directly with the owners—ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a personal commitment to quality. Every job is completed by us, and we also handle all customer service and marketing ourselves.

Mike’s entrepreneurial journey began at a young age when he and his brother started a power washing business. That experience helped him pursue studies in Culinary Arts and Business Administration. His involvement in starting a truck washing company further ignited his passion for entrepreneurship. He eventually founded his own company in Chatham-Kent with the goal of providing reliable, high-quality services to people who need an extra hand around their homes.

Rozlyn has a background in accounting along with years of experience in office administration and customer service. After assisting with a truck washing company and discovering a passion for the industry, she joined Mike in building their power washing and window cleaning business. Whether managing the office and marketing or working on-site, she plays a hands-on role in every part of the company.

Mike and Rozlyn met 14 years ago and have been married for two years. After working side by side for over 11 years, they’ve spent the past eight years proudly building and operating Crystal Clear together.

Their teamwork is one of the company’s greatest strengths. Years of working together have created a natural rhythm. By combining their individual strengths, knowledge, and experience, they’ve built an efficient workflow that ensures every project is completed thoroughly and to the highest standard.
